Aloha! It all began...

Poke means “to slice or cut” in Hawaiian and refers to chunks of raw, marinated fish— usually tuna— which is tossed over rice and topped with vegetables and umami sauces.

In Hawaii, this customizable dish is everywhere from gas stations to roadside stands. Poke has found its way to the mainland and Poke Poki is proud to serve their poke and all their ingredients fresh.
